If you are not completely satisfied with a product that you have bought, please contact us at email@example.com to tell us why you are not satisfied including the name of the product. Any photographs of the product(s) are also helpful.
In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged once you have purchased it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt for a replacement to be sent.
If your purchase from Make It Healthy is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us per the instructions above for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.
Once an order is placed and purchased, delivery of the product will be sent within 2 days. Free delivery is by second class post with Royal Mail. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of the product. Express delivery will be sent out within 24 hours by first class post with Royal Mail. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery of the product if ordering by express delivery.
